Position Overview:

As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician (3rd Shift), you will provide intermediate-levelexpertisein installing, programming, troubleshooting, servicing, and documenting the electrical and controls systems that support process and production equipment in a heavy manufacturing environment. This role is critical tomaintainingoperational uptime and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently. You will work with a variety of complex electrical systems, including PLCs, robotics, and automated equipment, while supporting continuous improvement and team-based maintenance efforts.

Essential Functions:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot,maintain, and repair manufacturing process and production machines, including robots and automation equipment

  • Work with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V AC, including control circuits, instrumentation devices, PLCs/ladder logic controllers, and variable frequency drives

  • Work from and read electrical and electronic schematic drawings

  • Layout, install, andmaintaina wide variety of complex electrical equipment

  • Establish secondary distribution centers, balance loads, and wire circuits havinga large number ofunits and connections

  • Completely lay out and/or wire a relocated, new, or rebuilt machine

  • Diagnose, remove, replace, and periodicallymaintainelectrical motors

  • Utilize knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs,DeviceNet, RFID systems, robots, and Mazak CNC machinery

  • Ability to work and positively contributeina team environment

  • Train, instruct, guide, and support apprentices in the development of skills and abilities

  • Perform all work according to company safety policies, recognized industry standards, and safe work practicesat all times

  • Ability to use the equipment common to the electrician trade

  • Ability to work with limited or no supervision

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

  • Ability to work 3rd shift asrequired
