We are seeking an experienced Electrician or Low Voltage Electrician to be the Education Supervisor to lead our new Electronic and Electrical program. As part of our campus management team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve Lincoln Tech's mission of providing superior education and training in a supportive environment
Responsibilities for an Electrical Education Supervisor:
  • Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations
  • Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty
  • Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities
  • Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism
  • Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program

Requirements for an Electrical Education Supervisor:
  • Associate degree or equivalent education management experience
  • 3+ years experience as:
    • licensed Electrician
    • Low Voltage Technician/Electrician
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of teaching experience, preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of management experience, preferred
