Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Installs, verifies operation, inspects, repairs, adjusts & calibrates field instrumentation devices.

  • Calibrate and repair process control instruments and PLCs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

  • Applies electrical theory & related knowledge to electrical systems up to 4160 volts.

  • Installs and/or traces power and control wiring including conduit & tray cable.

  • Performs ground checks on motor & grounding circuits and documents results

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated competency in industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

  • Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Commitment to safety and teamwork in a production environment.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
