Job description

Reyco runs commercial and federal electrical projects across the DC metro. We need a Project Manager who owns jobs from contract handoff through closeout — budget, schedule, scope, and customer relationship. You'll work directly with field leadership and ownership. Our PMs don't babysit paperwork; they run jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned electrical construction projects from buyout through closeout

  • Own project budget, schedule, and scope, with full P&L responsibility on each job

  • Lead buyout: issue purchase orders for gear, switchgear, fixtures, and major material; negotiate vendor and subcontractor scopes

  • Process submittals, RFIs, and change orders with general contractors and design teams

  • Coordinate manpower and project scheduling with field superintendents and foremen

  • Review and approve vendor invoices, subcontractor pay applications, and field time entries

  • Prepare monthly billings and own job cost forecasts and WIP reporting

  • Identify and price change order requests and defend scope in disputes

  • Maintain project documentation in BuildOps or our project management system

  • Drive project closeout: punch list, O&M manuals, as-builts, warranty letters, and final billing

  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact for the duration of the project

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing commercial electrical construction projects from buyout through closeout

  • Proven ability to run multiple projects concurrently with full budget and schedule ownership

  • Working knowledge of NEC, electrical means and methods, and labor productivity

  • Comfort reading electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals

  • Strong negotiation skills with general contractors, owners, vendors, and subcontractors

  • Clear written communication for change orders, RFIs, and customer correspondence

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a PM or ERP platform (BuildOps, Procore, Sage, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Field background as an electrician or foreman before moving into project management

  • Bluebeam Revu

  • OSHA 30

  • Estimating exposure on the projects you manage

All Reyco Positions Include

Health / Dental

401(k) with 7% Company Contribution (no match required)

PTO + Paid Holidays
