Global Electrical Contractor Corp is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. Must be bilingual(English and Spanish) and live in Miami area.

As an Electrical Foreman, you'll lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on every job site. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in leadership, has a strong electrical background, and is committed to delivering top-tier results.

What you'll do:

Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Manage schedules, materials, and quality of installations

Provide mentorship and training to apprentices and electricians

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role

Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Dedication to safety, teamwork, and excellence

Bilingual(English and Spanish)
