Electrical Assembler (Firetruck Systems)
Location: New London, Wisconsin
Pay: $19.75/hour (starting)

Seagrave Fire Apparatus is a leading manufacturer of custom fire trucks and emergency response vehicles. Known for quality craftsmanship and innovation, Seagrave builds life-saving equipment used by fire departments across the country.
Job Summary
We are seeking Electrical Assemblers to support the installation and assembly of electrical systems on fire apparatuses. This role focuses on low-voltage electrical work, including wiring, installation, and troubleshooting of components.
Candidates with residential or commercial electrical experience are encouraged to apply — training will be provided for firetruck-specific systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble wiring harnesses and junction boxes for firetruck systems
  • Install and connect electrical components and devices on fire apparatuses
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
  • Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components
  • Assist with programming and setup of electrical systems as needed
  • Modify and fit sheet metal components for proper electrical installation
  • Ensure proper integration between electrical and mechanical systems
  • Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Experience in electrical work (residential, commercial, or industrial) preferred
  • Basic understanding of low-voltage systems and wiring
