WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Wire Harness Technician, you'll be a key member of our Assembly Team and will fabricate and troubleshoot electrical assemblies using various electrical hand tools with accuracy and with minimal assistance. Must be able to read and interpret engineering documentation and utilize a PC-based application to complete work. This position requires some experience (basic electrical skills are helpful) and is a great way to start your career at Epic. 

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, upgrade, and route wire harnesses according to Engineering drawings and specifications
  • Perform avionics installations and set up
  • Properly use Avionics hand tools and soldering equipment 
  • Other duties as assigned or required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM 

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficient and comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Experience with stripping and crimping
  • Experience with soldering tools and techniques preferred, but not required
  • Ability to follow electrical schematics is preferred, but we provide training
  • Eye for detail and take pride in high-quality work
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic problems
  • Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Must work well independently and in a team with a great attitude
  • Open to new ideas, challenges, and learning opportunities
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for the majority of the shift

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday
6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
