Job description

Dubak Electrical Group is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Operations team due to our growth and expansion. Dubak Electrical is a family-owned company since 1988 and located in La Grange, Illinois.                            

The primary job duties include but are not limited to, knowledge in warehouse and driving activities and experience in the following areas:

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR- A valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement or Class B with air brake endorsement
  • Preferred- 3 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
  • Job duties will include warehouse, general construction duties and driving responsibilities
  • Stocking parts accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Work well with other co-workers by being a team player
  • Must be timely and work with a sense of urgency
  • Organization of equipment and materials
  • General cleaning/maintenance of warehouse and shop areas
  • Forklift safety awareness (actual forklift training preferred, but not required)
  • General safety training in a warehouse environment
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Assist with snow removal during the winter months as needed. (Potential longer hours, weekends, holidays)
  • Driving to local sites and national project sites as needed
  • Preferred- Knowledge of electrical parts, hardware and components
  • Preferred- Understanding and familiarity with a wide range of tools


Expectations: 

  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed (especially during weather-related conditions)


  • Perform tasks such as: Lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds by yourself, climbing ladders, crouching, bending, and working at heights (no more than 40').


  • Must be willing and able to learn operating construction equipment scissor lifts, boom lifts, skid steers etc.


Experience:

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred


  • Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR- A valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement or Class B with air brake endorsement


  • Preferred- 3 years of driving experience with a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement


Education:

  • High school or equivalent
