Electrical Assembly Technician

Location: Elizabethtown, NC
Pay: $16.00–$20.00/hr, depending on experience
Job Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Elizabethtown. The ideal candidate will have an educational or professional background in Electrical Technology, Industrial Controls, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

This position is focused on assembling electrical components and products, making it a great opportunity for someone with electrical training who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain additional manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical components, wiring, and related products according to specifications

  • Wire and assemble components using technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions

  • Use hand tools and basic electrical tools to complete assemblies

  • Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper workmanship

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and production procedures

  • Perform basic electrical testing as required

  • Identify and communicate assembly or quality issues

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Meet established production and quality standards

  • Work closely with other team members to complete daily production goals

Qualifications
