Position Title: UN Maintenance Mechanic ASRS

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Shift: 24/7 PM D - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am - 7pm

ASRS/Warehouse - 24/7 PM D, Fri-Sun 7 PM - 7 AM - Facilities ASRS Worker level 2 position.

1. Has an official/recognized technical education/training.

2. Knows all PCI buildings and grounds.

3. Able to recognize and manage work priorities.

4. Team player and able to take directions from management and higher-level workers.

5. Able to identify and order all needed parts using PCI ordering system.

6. Able to lead repairs from start to completion.

7. Able to identify improvement opportunities.

8. Able to paint, spackle, repair walls at medium project level (entire production suite).

9. Able to perform plumbing repairs and fixtures replacement at medium project level.

10. Able to perform carpentry repairs at medium project level.

11. Able to assembly/disassemble and install furniture at medium project level.

12. Has a rigging ability including heavy equipment relocation at medium project level.

13. Performs Preventive Maintenance of Air Handlers.

14. Has a basic electrical training allowing basic electrical troubleshooting.

15. Trained and able to weld.

16. Has a basic Locksmith ability including making keys.

17. Able to work directly with vendors on equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and projects.

18. Has a good understanding of Facilities Equipment including Air Handlers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Air Compressors, Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers, and others.

19. Has a basic understanding of HVAC systems, Chilled Water systems, Hot Water systems, Compressed Air systems, Clean Air systems, and Electrical Power systems supporting listed above equipment/systems.

20. Able to perform basic troubleshooting of all Facilities Equipment/Systems listed above (power, faults, restarts).

21. Able to repair all Facilities Equipment listed above with support of SME's or Vendors for more complicated repairs.

22. Performs all Preventive Maintenance with SME's or vendors for more complicated PMs.

23. Has a good understanding of Honeywell Station modules: HVAC, Fire, and Utilities.

23.1. Able to make temperature/humidity changes offered by the system at the Supervisor Security Level.

24. Has ASRS background.

25. Has an official/recognized Mechanical education/training.

26. Has a good electrical training allowing more advanced electrical troubleshooting.

27. Has a good knowledge of PCI Facilities Equipment including ASRS Crane system, Conveyor systems, Trash Compactors, Balers, Air Handlers, Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers, Electrical Power system supporting listed above equipment/systems, and others.

28. Able to troubleshoot all Facilities Equipment/Systems listed above to the major component level.

29. Able to repair all Facilities Equipment listed above (with support of Facilities Worker 3 or Vendors for more complicated repairs).

30. Performs all ASRS Preventive Maintenance work (with ASRS Mechanic 3 or Vendors for more complicated PM's).

31. Able to train and support Facilities Worker 1.

32. Has an official forklift training/permit.
