We're currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to join our team in Milwaukee. Responsibilities
  • Test complex electrical assemblies involving low voltage (up to 480VAC) power circuits, control circuits, and ancillary systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Create comprehensive testing reports and safety documentation, ensuring all equipment is functioning per required specifications.
  • Provide valuable feedback on design issues and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train production team members on best practices to reduce common installation issues, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for prebuilding assemblies to improve production timelines and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure a safety-first mindset by working safely and encouraging safe practices in the workplace.
  • Maintain and properly store tools and equipment, ensuring the longevity and safety of company assets.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments.
  • Journeyman Electrician License preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in conduit bending, wire installation, terminations, troubleshooting, and the use of electrical testing equipment.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
  • Valid driver's license for local travel as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass a competency test and pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
