  • Ensure Quality Control: Conduct inspections, monitor installation quality, and resolve any workmanship issues promptly to maintain project integrity.

  • Promote Safety: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site safety checks and meetings. Address any hazards proactively to maintain a secure job site.

  • Manage Materials & Tools: Track inventory, ensure tools and equipment are in good condition, and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid downtime.

  • Support Budget Goals: Monitor project costs and labor usage, identify areas to improve efficiency, and report variances to project managers.

  • Client & Team Liaison: Serve as the main on-site contact for project stakeholders. Keep communication clear and professional, and address issues as they arise.

  • Solve Problems On the Fly: Tackle unexpected challenges by coordinating with the project team to implement quick, effective solutions.

  • Track Progress: Maintain daily logs, document job site activities, and report regularly on project status.

  • Close Out Projects: Ensure all punch-list items are completed, assist with final inspections, and help prepare project documentation such as as-builts and warranties.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associateโ€™s degree in construction or electrical disciplines is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in electrical construction, ideally in commercial or industrial environments.

  • OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and Journeyman or Master Electrician licenses preferred.
