The position is responsible for overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion while ensuring accurate cost estimation and budget management. This dual role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The individual will also prepare competitive bids by analyzing project requirements, interpreting blueprints, and sourcing cost-effective materials and labor. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProject Management Responsibilities1. Project Planningo Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.o Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to define project objectives.2. Team Leadershipo Lead and oversee electrical project teams, including engineers, electricians, and subcontractors.o Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and quality.3.   • 2+ years professional Electrical Project management / Estimating work experience.
