Job Summary and Qualifications


โ€‹An Electrical Technician is a skilled worker who is experienced at working with electrical systems in acute care facilities, or commercial and industrial settings. As an Electrical Technician, responsibilities and duties include installing new electrical systems, as well as maintaining, operating, and repairing existing systems. An Electrical Technician is highly skilled regarding electrical equipment, lock-out/tag-out processes and common electrical systems in the hospital environment including but not limited to emergency generators and emergency power supply systems. The electrical technician should be knowledgeable in maintaining core systems to regulatory compliance standards. All technicians should be willing to assist facility management operations in other non-electrical maintenance activities as assigned
