Overview

4+ years experience required, Apprenticeship Training preferred

The field service technician performs different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

  • Install & Maintain: Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, adhering to safety standards and building codes.

  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, training, and expenses.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial environments.

  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Physical Requirements: Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for prolonged periods.

  • Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
