As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air has served the Greater Seattle area for 20 years. As a trusted leader in residential home services, we're growing and looking for a hands-on Electrical Service Manager to take our Electric service department to the next level.
 

This role is central to our leadership team by partnering with the General Manager on strategy and sales, and supporting the Install Manager to drive strong execution in the field.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a leader who delivers results, builds teams, and leads from the front.
 

What You'll Be Doing

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. You'll be leading from the front, both in the field and in the office.
 

Lead & Develop a Strong Team

Coach and mentor Service Electricians through regular ride-alongs 

Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable 

Help recruit, hire, and develop top talent 

Collaborate with existing leadership to optimize processes, improve service efficiency, and scale performance

Drive Growth & Performance

Own department performance: revenue, margins, and efficiency 

Responsible for contributing to and executing a revenue plan in service performance, in alignment with an established management team 

Track and improve KPIs like average ticket, conversion rates, and productivity.

Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve operations 

Drive service strategy focused on achieving and increasing high ticket averages 

Balance technical expertise with a sales-driven mindset to promote and sell services and solutions

Maintain ownership of HVAC Service team budget, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability
 

Stay Hands-On in the Field

Work alongside Service Electricians to coach technical skills and customer interactions 

Ensure quality work and strong customer experience 

Be a resource your team can rely on
 

Run a Tight Operation

Manage labor, expenses, and overall department profitability 

Partner with dispatch to optimize scheduling and efficiency 

Oversee payroll, job data, and administrative functions
 

Deliver Great Customer Experience

Support Service Electricians in providing top-tier service 

Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
 

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay & Bonuses: Total compensation $120,000.00 - $149,000.00
