Electrical Service Manager - Austin, Texas

Lead, Grow and Shape a High-Performing Electrical Service Division


Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our service operations in Austin, Texas.


This is a senior operational leadership opportunity for someone who understands the electrical service business from the field to the financials. You will lead technicians and support staff, strengthen customer relationships, improve operational performance and grow a profitable service book of business.


You will have ownership of day-to-day service delivery, scheduling, dispatch, workforce utilization, customer satisfaction, service agreements and divisional financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Service Technicians, Coordinators and administrative support staff
  • Manage scheduling, dispatch, technician utilization and service delivery
  • Develop the service divisionโ€™s revenue, profitability and customer base
  • Oversee service agreements, preventive maintenance and emergency response
  • Manage P&L performance, pricing, labor efficiency, margins and costs
  • Build lasting customer relationships and expand existing accounts
  • Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing service team
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for productivity, response times and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with the NEC, OSHA, licensing and safety requirements
  • Identify opportunities to convert service relationships into larger projects


What Weโ€™re Looking For:


  • 3โ€“5 years of leadership experience managing technicians or field teams
  • Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial electrical service operations
  • Experience managing scheduling, dispatch and workforce utilization
  • Proven P&L, pricing, budgeting and cost-control experience
  • Strong record of growing service agreements and retaining customers
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with service management, CRM or dispatch software
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
