Position Overview:

We are seeking an Electrical Service Electrician to join our expanding team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring work is completed safely and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a dependable problem solver with strong technical knowledge and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and new installations that meet all code and safety standards
  • Supervise job sites, communicate timelines, and manage workflow independently
  • Record service orders and report progress to service management
  • Ensure all selected options are cost-effective without compromising quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Promote safety culture and follow all 5 Points Electrical policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating/running a service truck preforming commercial and residential work.
  • Generator, installation and maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Current electrical license or certification (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
