We are looking to bring on an Electricalย Service Manager to join our team to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community. Daily tasks include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Electrical Service department, Lead, coach, and mentor our technicians.ย Track KPIs such as revenue, close rates, callbacks, and technician performanceย as well as other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. We are committed to hiring and working with the best.ย
