We're looking for an Electrical Service Technician who values teamwork just as much as technical skill - someone who can troubleshoot confidently, communicate clearly, and represent Bekum well in the field.
Job Description
We are seeking qualified candidates for our Electrical Field Service Technician opportunity to join our Williamston, Michigan team! This position is responsible for:
  • Providing technical service and customer support for blow molding machinery, including repair, maintenance, and customer training.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment components using various hand tools and instruments.
  • Completing detailed field service reports for management and customers.
  • Traveling to USA and international locations (50% of the time) to service, train, and provide technical support.
  • Supporting Bekum products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting Production, Application, and Engineering departments as required.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Alternatively, 2-3 years' experience in blow molding or related field
  • Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including internationally
