Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Revit Designer to support the development of high-quality architectural models and construction documents for modular projects. This role will be responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit to support design development, interdisciplinary coordination, fabrication support, and field installation efforts. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, project managers, engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project specifications. Strong technical proficiency in Revit, architectural design principles, construction documentation, and BIM coordination is essential for success in this position.

Essential Functions:

· Develop architectural Revit models for modular, commercial, and industrial building projects.

· Produce architectural drawings, layouts, details, schedules, sections, elevations, and construction documents from Revit models.

· Translate design concepts, sketches, specifications, and project requirements into accurate architectural models and drawings.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and design disciplines to ensure model accuracy and interdisciplinary alignment.

· Review and resolve model conflicts, design inconsistencies, and coordination issues during design and documentation phases.

· Maintain revision control and document control for architectural drawings and model updates.

· Work closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls designers to support integrated building designs.

· Develop and maintain architectural design standards, Revit templates, families, and repeatable modeling practices.

· Standardize naming conventions, workflows, sheet organization, and architectural modeling practices.

· Identify opportunities to reduce design cycle time, improve documentation quality, and support constructability.

· Support training and development of junior designers in architectural Revit workflows and BIM standards.

Supervisory Responsibility: No

Required:

· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows.

· Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, construction methods, and construction documentation.

· Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and applicable building codes.

· Experience coordinating architectural models with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other design disciplines.

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
