We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team in either our Holland or Novi, Michigan locations.

What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Electrical Engineer at GHSP, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting advanced electronic products and systems. Youโ€™ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to bring innovative products from concept through production while helping ensure robust, manufacturable, and high-performing solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop electronic products, systems, and processes
  • Support product launches, production activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure manufacturability and optimization of product designs through design reviews, manufacturability reviews, and lessons learned/post-mortem analysis
  • Analyze and support the full electrical engineering lifecycle, including:
    • Requirements development
    • High- and low-level design
    • Hardware testing
    • Integration and validation testing
    • Documentation and traceability
  • Provide electrical design, implementation, debugging, documentation, and manufacturing support
  • Apply current engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices to new and existing products
  • Participate in electrical design reviews and communicate project progress to stakeholders
  • Develop product validation and testing plans to ensure design robustness and reliability
  • Partner with laboratory technicians and cross-functional teams during testing and validation activities
