Job description

New Tech Global Staffing is currently seeking a Quality Control Helper (EA Inspector Helper) for a client located in Navasota, TX to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Candidates must be available to work varied hours and night shifts as business demands.

Summary:

The Quality Control Helper provides support for quality inspection activities in a manufacturing environment. This role assists inspectors with production line inspections, maintains equipment and work areas, and helps ensure products meet quality standards while promoting a safe, organized workplace.

Responsibilities

Assist inspectors on the production line with quality control activities

Support End Area and Final Line inspection processes

Remove and install caps and plugs on products as required

Apply stencils, paint, and/or stamps to drill pipe and other materials

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all Safety, Quality, and HSE policies and procedures

Work closely with team members to meet quality and production goals

Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the inspection process

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to stand and work up to 12-hour shifts

Availability to work day, night, and varied shifts as needed

Strong attendance and punctuality record

Willingness to learn and be highly trainable

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and varied weather conditions

Strong teamwork skills

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Ability to perform physical tasks associated with manufacturing operations
