Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager
Company Overview:
Our client is an established electrical contracting company committed to delivering high-quality solutions for commercial projects. Our client values expertise, collaboration, and innovation, and are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to help drive their commitment to excellence.
  • The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000+ based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project controls and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control tasks, including auditing and report writing, are completed timely.
  • Lead the preparation of bids, and conduct contract and exhibit reviews during pre-construction phases.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to provide project updates and resolve issues.
  • Review cost reports and manage budget forecasts for equipment, materials, and labor, while overseeing project schedules and scopes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Project Management, preferably in commercial settings.
  • Proficiency with Accubid estimating software; hands-on field experience is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in project management.
