Industrial Maintenance Technician
Pay: $30.00
Shift: Rotating
Location: Mississippi, Blue Springs

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our . client in Blue Springs, MS to start immediately at $30.00/hour! Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery; replace defective parts; adjust controls.
  • Inspect components for wear or damage and test circuits, systems, and assemblies.
  • Complete minor fabrication tasks, including welding and cutting.
  • Install electrical wiring, assemble and repair control panels, ensuring compliance with NFPA and NEC standards.
  • Collaborate with plant engineers and production staff to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education plus 5+ years of maintenance experience, or a technical degree.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals in English.
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance in high-volume settings.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
