Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Your Career Starts Here

We’re a growing company with over 900 employees and $150 million in sales, specializing in aluminum extrusion, fabrication, and industrial finishes. We are seeking an experienced industrial maintenance mechanic on our 1st shift for our facility in Mosinee, WI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and machine drive systems.
  • Diagnose and modify PLC programs.
  • Perform welding, machining, and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
  • Assist with building maintenance, installations, and pipefitting.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate’s Degree in a technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, servo controls, and PLCs.
  • Proficiency in welding, machining, and using hand/power tools (own tools required).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
