  • Support asset condition assessments and substation life-extension projects; develop replacement plans and scopes of work, and contribute to business justifications, in coordination with engineering and construction teams.
  • Contribute to engineering projects and initiatives, including the HVDC control-system modernization program at the Sharyland converter station, in coordination with OEM engineering.
  • Develop condition-monitoring and predictive-maintenance analytics that improve asset performance, system reliability, and maintenance planning.
  • Support development and continuous improvement of the Operational Management System (OMS), including procedures, performance metrics, and audit frameworks.
  • Support NERC, ERCOT, and state compliance programs (PRC, FAC, and Texas Infrastructure and Reliability regulations), including CIP engineering-change review on HUS-owned assets within the established CIP governance model.
