Job description

Position : Electrical assembly  •  Panel wiring  •  Cable terminations  •  Quality verification  •  FAT support  •  Safety compliance in 290 Houston Area, 1st shift position $25 or more depending on experience, Clean criminal background is required


Key Responsibilities

Electrical Panel Assembly

Assemble electrical control panels, power distribution assemblies, and industrial control systems from approved drawings, bills of material, and work instructions.

Install and mechanically secure breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, terminal blocks, PLC hardware, power supplies, communications equipment, circuit boards, and related devices.

Complete enclosure modifications and basic mechanical assembly activities when required.

Confirm that components, hardware, orientation, and layout match the approved documentation before wiring.

Wiring & Terminations

Cut, strip, crimp, label, route, terminate, and dress conductors and cables using approved tools and workmanship practices.

Fabricate wire harnesses, communication cables, and auxiliary cable assemblies.

Install ferrules, lugs, terminals, and wire markers; maintain neat routing that supports serviceability and long-term reliability.

Complete limited PCB population and light soldering when assigned and qualified.
