East Houston industrial facility is looking to add to their accounting department .
Candidate must have A/R, Billing , Collections , Invoices
Candidate will be producing accurate, timely, high-volume customer invoices, maintaining billing documentation, and driving payment through proactive collections follow-up. Roughly 90% of this role is dedicated to AR: billing, collections, cash application, and AR reporting. The remaining 10% supports adjacent accounting functions such as vendor invoice coding and general accounting support. This role requires strong Excel skills to manage billing data, reconcile accounts, and analyze aging. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, persistent, comfortable working directly with customers to resolve billing issues.
