Job description

Electrical Operations Manager


We are seeking a strong Electrical Operations Manager to lead field and project operations for a growing electrical contractor. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial or multifamily electrical projects, leading teams, and driving projects from preconstruction through completion.

This is a true leadership role for someone who can develop people, improve operational processes, build strong client relationships, and hold teams accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example and has a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of electrical construction experience
  • Commercial or multifamily project experience
  • Proven experience leading project teams and field personnel
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction, scheduling, and project financials
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
