Help us design, install, and commission the electrical backbone of advanced process equipment and automated systems. At Re:Build Optimation, youโ€™ll apply your craft across diverse industriesโ€”traditional and green energy, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, glass, and advanced manufacturingโ€”while growing from L1 to L5 (or leading at the top of the scale).

About the work
  • Execute industrial electrical installation, maintenance, and repair in compliance with NEC and NFPA 70E.
  • Perform conduit and wiring, motor control and drive installations, power distribution, lighting, and communications.
  • Assemble and wire machine and skid packages.
  • Interpret and work from drawings, schematics, blueprints, and job specs.

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, programmers, planners, and PMs to deliver on scope, quality, and schedule.
  • At L4โ€“L5, mentor and guide less-experienced electricians.
What youโ€™ll need to succeed

  • Physical capability to work at heights and in confined spaces, tolerate hot/cold environments, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong communication.
  • Willingness to work full-time days with overtime and occasional travel.
