What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and optimize plant electrical maintenance systems to ensure reliability, safety, and operational efficiency
  • Plan and manage maintenance resources, budgets, and scheduling to drive cost-effective performance
  • Oversee and coordinate plant projects, shutdowns, and contractor activities
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide technical expertise and continuous improvement for production and maintenance
  • Champion a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards

Work Environment
