Job Title: Main Line Technician

Job Summary: As a Main Line Technician at Cloninger Automotive Group, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help deliver reliable service and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine repairs, transmission work, brake services, and suspension repairs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work performed meets dealership and industry standards for quality and safety.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and repairs completed in the dealership management system.
  • Customer Communication: Explain repair needs and recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
