Employment Type: Direct HireWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing test methods, operating test equipment, and conducting functional testing to ensure our power distribution solutions meet the highest standards of reliability. You will work with limited supervision, playing a lead role in both new product testing and standard production evaluation.Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, equivalent Military Electrical Training, or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience performing electrical testing in the power systems industry.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (multimeters, current meters, etc.) and precision measurement tools.
  • Documentation: Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of electronics, circuit-level troubleshooting, and electrical safety standards (e.g., LOTO/PPE).
