Job description

Harborside Senior Living is seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our assisted living community in Luna Pier, MI.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and is available to work 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
  • Address plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks as needed
  • Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility grounds
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly
  • Assist with room preparation and facility projects when needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
