  • Grounds & Public Area Care โ€“ Maintain exterior areas, landscaping, parking lots, stairwells, and maintenance spaces to keep the property attractive and safe.
  • Pool & Facility Monitoring โ€“ Conduct daily testing and monitoring of pool and whirlpool systems to ensure compliance and guest safety.
  • Reporting & Communication โ€“ Maintain logs and records, generate reports, and keep leadership informed on the overall condition of the property.
