Job Summary

Electrical Engineer. Uses AutoCAD and REVIT to design electrical systems, lighting layouts, and power systems for various commercial building spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic electrical engineering calculations
  • Layout and design electrical distribution
  • Work on lighting design and lighting controls
  • Design and layout fire alarm and low voltage systems
  • Design systems in accordance with the NEC and IECC
  • Design projects from conceptual design to completion
  • Perform site investigations during design and construction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required)
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in designing electrical systems for various types of facilities (required)
  • Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain one
  • Desire to grow an office and company
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership ability and entrepreneurial spirit
