Electrical Foreman

Position Summary
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for providing front-line supervision and coordination of electrical fit out services within a data center environment. Supporting the Superintendent, this role assists with planning, quality control, safety enforcement, and documentation to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Your Impact
As Electrical Foreman, you will lead the successful field execution of electrical fit out scopes-ensuring safety compliance, installation quality, and schedule alignment. Your leadership directly contributes to project delivery excellence and supports Accelevation's continued growth in the data center sector.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision for assigned electrical fit out scopes and project areas.
Coordinate electrical installation activities including power distribution and grounding.
Review electrical submittals, drawings, and detailing for assigned areas.
Order and coordinate the delivery of miscellaneous electrical materials.
Initiate Requests for Information (RFIs) for clarification of field conditions or scope.
Assist with initial project setup including layout, logistics, and work planning.
Support punch list creation, management, and project closeout.
Complete and maintain QA/QC checklists to ensure work meets project standards.
Support the Superintendent with daily reporting, coordination, and field execution.
Enforce jobsite safety requirements and contribute to safety meetings and job hazard analysis.
Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to assigned electrical crews.
Demonstrate leadership, accountability, communication, and effective teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data center electrical projects or commercial electrical construction.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and field execution.
  • Ability to supervise crews and coordinate day-to-day work activities.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC requirements and safety protocols.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support reporting and project documentation needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with Superintendents, Engineers, and project teams.
  • Education / Certifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Journeyman Electrician License preferred or equivalent experience.
  • OSHA Training Certification required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
