HIRING: Electrical Engineering
Location: Mossville, IL

Requirements:
• Strong electrical/electronic hardware engineering background
• Experience with component-level electronics including FPGA, memory, oscillators, sensors, actuators, switches, and operator controls
• Experience with ECMs, telematics, and complex electronic systems
• Component obsolescence and lifecycle management
• Hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and lab equipment
• EMC, environmental, and hardware validation/testing experience
• Ability to analyze supplier technical data and develop technical solutions
• Experience with wiring, harnesses, enclosures, and hardware assemblies
• Knowledge of electronics testing standards and regulations
• Ability to support structured engineering priorities and validation activities

Preferred:
• PSPICE or hardware simulation tools
• CAD or hardware design experience
• Regulatory/certification experience
• Caterpillar systems, tools, or processes
