  • Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components and systems
  • Designs electrical equipment and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
  • Develops and issues technical directions after thorough troubleshooting and evaluations
  • Works closely with maintenance departments
  • Involves in on-call duty, shift rotation, or weekend work as determined by the program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of relevant exempt experience
  • Master's Degree and 12 years of relevant professional experience
  • Ph.D. and 9 years of experience
  • ABET accredited engineering degree
  • significant electrical engineering experience with design, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • experience with VFD driven motors and radio controls
