DATA CENTER experience required
 
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 6 year experience in engineering design of medium and low voltage distribution systems, building electrical systems, and campus-style power distribution including conveyance
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with industrial facility design
  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
  • Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC)?
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to lead a team of Electrical Engineers
  • Experience with Data Center or AI Factory projects
  • At least 3 years of data center facility design experience
  • Experience in the design of large projects established on greenfield sites.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Provide design work, contribute to team technical collaboration, perform quality reviews of design packages, and assist directly with other portions of the design process.
  • Interact directly with the client, owner, and contractors to assist construction on site.
  • Work closely with the broader multi-discipline team in a fast paced, dynamic, collaborative environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents.
  • Engineering and design for data center facility power distribution systems, UPS, emergency systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems in complex industrial facilities.
  • Design may also include retrofit of existing building systems to accommodate our clients’ continually evolving requirements.
  • Management of quality, scope, budget and schedule.
