Job description

Position Description

We are seeking a skilled Wiring Tech to join our manufacturing team in building high-quality chillers for data centers. This position is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels according to schematics, diagrams, and engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical wiring, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.


Shift: Mon-Thur 3:00PM-1:30AM

Pay Range: $ $18.87-$22.22 with differential of $0.36 after 3:00PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble control panels.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and component installation, including circuit breakers, relays, power supplies, and PLC’s.
  • Route and secure wiring neatly to ensure proper function and compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and functional testing of panels before final installation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wiring or component issues to ensure proper operation.
  • Work closely with engineers, technicians, and assembly teams to meet production deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols and company standards.

Required Education & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of pressure testing procedures, leak detection methods, and chiller systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for electrical work.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, wiring standards, and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and efficiency.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with PLC wiring and troubleshooting preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma, GED or 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Technical training in electrical wiring is a plus.
