Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Rockford, IL (Onsite)

Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer will support the design, development, and maintenance of automated systems used for product testing and validation. This role involves troubleshooting, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop electrical systems and test solutions
• Support equipment integration, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Develop and execute testing and validation activities
• Analyze test results and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and instrumentation
• Experience with testing, validation, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
