Job PurposeA Lead Hardware Engineer performs the duties of both an experienced electronic design engineer and a department supervisor. The Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for quoting new projects, leading the electrical hardware development of one or more projects, promoting the growth of less-experienced engineers, and developing Packet Digital's development processes and best practices.
