Sugar Bear Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Tune-Up Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a long-term team member who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
This position focuses primarily on HVAC maintenance and tune-ups, with opportunities to identify repair needs and present solutions to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on residential systems
  • Inspect equipment and identify potential repair or replacement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems
  • Present repair options and recommendations to customers
  • Document findings and complete service reports
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every call

Requirements

Compensation
