Electrical MEP Engineer – Baltimore Suburbs

Growing MEP engineering firm in the Baltimore suburbs is looking for Electrical Engineers with 3–8 years of experience to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking to take on increasingly complex building projects and grow with a strong engineering group.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design electrical systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, and mixed-use projects
  • Develop power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage designs
  • Perform electrical load calculations and system studies
  • Prepare construction documents and specifications
  • Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teams
  • Support projects from concept through construction

What They’re Looking For:

  • 3–8 years of electrical MEP engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of building electrical systems and applicable codes
  • Experience with electrical design and construction documents
  • PE/EIT preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
