Job description

We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineer with strong experience in Power Electronics to join an innovative engineering team developing next-generation medium-voltage and utility-scale power conversion systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot Gate Driver Boards (GDB) and Power Boards
  • Develop schematics and review PCB layouts for high-voltage/high-current applications
  • Perform hardware validation, testing, and root cause analysis
  • Execute Double Pulse Testing (DPT), switching characterization, thermal testing, and protection verification
  • Analyze inverter performance, switching behavior, and power module reliability
  • Collaborate with controls, mechanical, validation, manufacturing, and supplier teams throughout the product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics hardware development
  • Hands-on experience with inverters, converters, motor drives, UPS, BESS, or renewable energy systems
  • Strong knowledge of IGBT & SiC power devices, gate driver design, power converter topologies, protection circuits, and thermal management
  • Experience designing and debugging power electronics PCBs
  • Proficiency with oscilloscopes and laboratory power electronics testing

Preferred Skills:

  • Medium-voltage power conversion systems
