Part Time or Full Time - Summer 2026
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electrical connectors, cables, and assemblies.
- Support documentation and record-keeping for quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, corrective actions, and audits.
- Help analyze nonconforming materials and assist in root cause investigations.
- Participate in corrective and preventive action activities under the guidance of the Quality Supervisor.
- Collect, organize, and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining calibration records for measurement and test equipment.
- Observe and learn about ISO 9001 / AS9100 / IATF 16949 quality systems (depending on company certifications).
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to support quality initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects and improving process efficiency.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Interest in quality assurance, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.) a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
