Job description

To train as an Electrician in order to maintain, repair, replace and install electrical and electronic equipment.
The hourly rate of pay is $35.83 per hour.
Daily Job Duties:
  • Follow all Company safety rules and procedures including slam cards, Haz. Rec, JSA's, etc...
  • Works in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
  • Test and calibrate equipment including optimizers, instrumentation, etc...
  • Be able to troubleshoot using electrical test equipment, PLCs, etc...
  • Knowledge and skill to program and troubleshoot VFD's, PLC's
  • Maintain all electrical equipment such as motors, lighting, and other devices.
  • Be able to properly calculate and install conduit and wire for projects and repairs.
  • Work regularly scheduled shifts and overtime as required.
  • Assist in maintaining proper housekeeping plant wide.
  • Assist in Training of new and/or lower-class employees

Requirements:
Must have prior industrial electrical experience and some PLC programming training.
