Electrical Engineer P.E.

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Electrical Engineer P.E. to join our Fort Lauderdale, FL office.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with a Florida P.E. license and a strong background in electrical design for residential and commercial buildings, including high-rise projects. Candidates must have experience working for MEP engineering firms in the U.S.

Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of electrical engineering/design experience

  • Active Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license

  • Experience working for MEP engineering firms

  • Strong experience with residential and commercial building projects

  • High-rise building design experience required

  • Advanced proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD/CAD

  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering design, codes, and standards

  • Spanish bilingual skills preferred

Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical engineering and design for residential and commercial building projects

  • Develop electrical plans, specifications, calculations, and construction documents

  • Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

  • Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and clients

  • Review designs and provide technical guidance to project teams

  • Maintain strong client relationships and respond effectively to project needs
