Are you a recent high school graduate ready to start building your future?
U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. is launching the V.O.L.T. Program, which stands for Valuable Opportunities & Leadership Training. This paid, full-time, three-year career program is designed for recent high school graduates who want hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term growth in the electrical distribution industry. After successful completion of the program, you will transition into a permanent role with USESI.
As a V.O.L.T. Trainee, you will earn while you learn by gaining real-world experience in warehouse operations, counter sales, inside sales, customer service, product knowledge, business systems, and branch operations. You will work with real customers, products, and processes while receiving guidance, training, and support throughout the program.
What You'll Learn
